Booking Policy:	Please note the following booking policies: Advance Purchase Rate Types: Bookings made on an Advance Purchase Rate are non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstances. By booking on this price you are accepting these terms and conditions. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your designated Visa or Mastercard. Please contact Turtle Beach Resort if you wish to book using an alternate method of payment. Flexible Rate Types: A deposit of $250.00 will be charged to your designated Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking. Your final balance is due at least 10 days prior to arrival and it is your responsibility to ensure payment is received prior to this date. If payment is not received 10 days prior to arrival, Turtle Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel your booking with all monies to be retained.

Cancellation Policy:	Please note the following cancellation policies: Advance Purchase Rate Types: Amendments and cancellations are not accepted on this rate regardless of reason. We strongly suggest Travel Insurance for your holiday for all of those unexpected events leading to last minute cancellation. Flexible Rate Types: Amendments and cancellations received within 9 days of arrival will not be accepted and will result in a 100% cancellation fee being applied. For cancellations outside this time frame, your deposit will be refunded by either cheque or credit card, less a $65.00 cancellation fee. We strongly suggest Travel Insurance for your holiday for all of those unexpected events leading to last minute cancellation.
Child Policy:	Children 0-2 years old may stay complimentary if using existing bedding. Cots can be pre-booked for $9 per night directly with the Resort. The 3rd guest 3 years or older in the 1 Bedroom Apartment, 5th guest 3 years or older in the 2 Bedroom Apartment and 7th and 8th guests 3 years or older in the 3 Bedroom Apartment will be charged $37 per night, including a rollaway bed for travel until 31st March 2016. For travel after 1st April 2016 will be charged $42 per night. Payment will be charged on receipt of booking. Please advise all children's ages at time of booking.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge you the full booking amount.
