CASH This will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected & only during office hours. Sunday departures & early morning departures are best to use Nudipay to avoid delays. Cancellation Policy:	CANCELLATION POLICY An administration charge of AU $55 applies to all cancellations. Cancellation Policy: Off Peak Season (Excludes all Australian school holidays): 14 Days Prior To Arrival Date: $55 Cancellation Fee Charged Within 14 Days of Arrival Date: Deposit Is Non-Refundable. For no-shows or cancellations upon arrival, 100% of monies are payable. Peak Season - 24/12 - 28/01: 28 Days Prior To Arrival Date: $55 Cancellation Fee Charged Within 28 Days Of Arrival Date: Deposit Is Non-Refundable. Accommodation provider will be reimbursed with 50% of the accommodation (at the agreed contract rate) for guests that cancel within 14 days upon arrival. For no shows or cancellations upon arrival 100% of monies are payable. Mid Season: 20 Sept - 15 October Accommodation provider will be reimbursed with 50% of the accommodation (at the agreed contract rate) for guests that cancel within 21 days of arrival. For no-shows or cancellations upon arrival, 100% of monies are payable. Car race season: 20/10 - 27/10 No Refunds Apply. Full Payment Must Be Received By The 31/08. Management reserves the right to cancel your booking should our requirements not be met or if we are unable to accommodate your booking due to a lack of availability. Should management have to cancel a booking due to the lack of availability, a full refund will be credited to your supplied credit card. No refunds will apply if a guest cannot meet our requirements. Management also, reserves the right to cancel your booking within 7 days from your initial booking date if the accommodation rate is quoted incorrectly. Air-Conditioning/ Appliance Problems: Should problems occur with the air-conditioning or any appliances during your stay & we are unable to rectify the problem within 72 working hours from the time the complaint is lodged then guests will be allowed to cancel & have the balance of their accommodation refunded. If guests decide to stay for the duration of their booking, we are unable to offer complimentary days due to the malfunctioning of the air-conditioning or any other appliances. All arrangements will be made to have the air-conditioning / appliances fixed during your stay but we are unable to guarantee it, as we are dependent on tradespeople.
Child Policy:	Child over 16 is considered as adult. Child aged 3 and under is free, provided no extra bedding or linen is required.
Noshow Policy:	For no-shows or cancellations upon arrival, 100% of monies are payable.

WIFI DEALS When booking a Free WIFI deal, guests will be allocated 1.4GB of internet usage per stay. For guests staying longer than 7 days, the usage will be allocated as 1.4GB per week.
