Booking Policy:	To secure your booking request we require full Credit Card Details. A non-refundable deposit must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. $200 will be taken by Santana Resort Apartments (the property). If your total reservation amount is less than $200, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking terms and conditions. *Please note this can take up to 72 hrs for the deposit to be processed. Full payment will be processed 14 days prior to arrival against the card given at the time of booking. If Payment cannot be taken then we will attempt to contact you, if we cannot contact you, your reservation may be cancelled. An email will be sent to the email address provided with an updated confirmation once the balance is taken from the credit card. Please note - A $200 pre authorized limit is required on all booking to secure the rooms against damage and incidentals. This is required at check in can be paid with credit card or cash. Entry is not permitted without this.This is refundable within 5-7 working days after check out once room has been cleaned and accessed.
Deposit Policy:	10% will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking, your statement will show BookDirect2Save.com.au. $200 will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking by hotel. Amex charges apply 5% Mastercard/Visa no additional charges Also on arrival a $200 deposit security bond will be held on a credit card at check-in .If a credit card is not available then a $200 bond must be paid with cash.This will be returned within 24 hours of check-out.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations: Outside of 7 days prior to arrival, will result in loss of $200 Deposit Within 7 days and outside 72 hours will result in loss of 50% of the total reservation cost. Inside 72 hours prior to arrival will result loss of total reservation cost.
Child Policy:	Child over 14 is considered as adult. Child aged 3 and under are free when no additional bedding is required.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we are entitled to the entire amount of the booking.plus a AU$50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
