Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Please note an additional 3% surcharge applies for payments by American Express. A Visa or Mastercard (not debit card) security deposit required upon check in otherwise a cash bond is required. For after hours arrivals just follow the instructions on the security panel at the front door, night service will take credit card details.
Deposit Policy:	A deposit of the full stay amount will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:	All bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel or no-show, full stay amount charged and no refund will apply. All other cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee. Last minute bookings: For reservations received within the cancellation policy period, the booking will be held for 48 hours, should the booking cancel after this 48 hour period, full cancellation fees will apply. Please contact the property direct for bookings made within 72 hours.
Child Policy:	Child over 12 is considered as adult. Child aged 2 and under is free unless cot hire required. Cots available at extra $10.00 per night.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge you the full booking amount.
Other Policy:	BOOKINGS TO ARRIVE ON THE SAME DAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND 11.30AM SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Please note an additional 3% surcharge applies for payments by American Express.
