Booking Policy:	A valid credit card (mastercard / visa) is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Deposit Policy:	Hotel will charge first night deposit of each room booked to the credit card at the time of booking. Balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:	We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go astray. However from the time that you make your booking your accommodation is held for you. Cancellation is possible until 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without accommodation charge, a $25 administration fee applies per villa. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN INSIDE THE 14 DAYS NOTICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOUR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL and so are the road and weather conditions. NO REFUND will be given if the Villa is vacated prior to scheduled departure date. We encourage you to obtain appropriate Travel Insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances during your journey.
Child Policy:	Children welcome, cots and highchairs for hire on request @ $10 each per stay.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, Hotel will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.
Other Policy:	Minimum stay during school holidays / long weekend is 2 nights. Minimum stay Panorama Villas is 2 nights. NO REFUND will be given if the Villa is vacated prior to scheduled departure date. Sorry, no pets are allowed on our property under any circumstances.
