Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Deposit Policy:	Cost of first night will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellation Fees More than 28 days, 50% of deposit. More than 14 days, 100% of deposit. 14 days or less, 100% of total accommodation Strictly no refunds for in-house guests. An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.
Child Policy:	Our property is child friendly with our beautiful 3 bedroom home configured with a king size bed, double bed and 2 x single beds. It is also available as a 2 bedroom home with a king size bed and 2 x single beds. The romantic villas are designed for couples only.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, no refund shall be given
