Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations made up to 31 days of arrival will be refunded their payment minus a $50 administration fee. All cancellations made within 15 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit any monies paid. All cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the quoted rate Should you not show up all monies owed will be taken from the nominated credit card
Child Policy:	Child aged 3 and under is free using existing bedding.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, all monies owed will be taken from the nominated credit card
