Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES
Deposit Policy:	$200.00 of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation plus an administration fee of $50 will be charged or held from the deposit refund. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, a cancellation fee of 3 nights accommodation, plus an administration fee of $50 will be charged or held from the deposit refund. Cancellation or No Show on day of arrival, no refund. Balance of accommodation is payable on arrival, and once a stay has commenced, there is no refund
Child Policy:	Child over 14 is considered as adult. Child aged 3 and under is free.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, you will be charge the FULL TARIFF.
Other Policy:	If you do not want to share one bed and require a second bed, we can unlock a sofa bed for additional $20 per nigh, if available in the room (for 2 guests only). For additional guests (maximum 2), we charge $35 per adults per night, and for children between 4 and 13 $20 per night. This includes the cost for the sofa bed.
